plugged love??
I was inspired to blog about this photo by yoshiko314, one of my contacts in Flickr, because I think I now have roughly around 800 friends in Flickr from photographers all over the world. And I have received a lot of love from the amateur photos me and my husband have taken in our escapades.
Social networking breeds narcissism
The University of Georgia just recently made a study about Facebook users and how it correlates with narcissism. They had 130 Facebook respondents answer a series of questions, check on facebook profiles, and rate the level of narcissism of different facebook pages. And according to the results:
“they are somewhat accurate in their judgements“
Facebook beats Myspace
I saw on the news that Facebook topped Myspace as the most popular social networking website. With all the social networking websites we have these days, its almost crazy trying to keep up with all of them. I had myspace like 4-5 years ago, and then there was friendster, multiply etc. But I kinda like my friendster account more than I do facebook. Read the rest of this entry »
