For everything there is a season,
And a time for every matter under heaven:
A time to be born, and a time to die;
A time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted;
A time to kill, and a time to heal;
A time to break down, and a time to build up;
A time to weep, and a time to laugh;
A time to mourn, and a time to dance;
A time to throw away stones, and a time to gather stones together;
A time to embrace, And a time to refrain from embracing;
A time to seek, and a time to lose;
A time to keep, and a time to throw away;
A time to tear, and a time to sew;
A time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
A time to love, and a time to hate,
A time for war, and a time for peace.
The year is ending, and for me, this year really took me to great highs and the lowest low. It was a year of understanding, learning patience, and finally saying enough is enough! It was a tough year for most of the people I know, but the great thing about it is we all learned something new about ourselves: our resilience, our weakness, our strength.
I am most grateful for family, for friends, and online pals who’ve I met, followed and laughed with. I’m grateful for all the opportunities to learn something new and still be able to work. It is just great to be reminded that there is a season for everything. I look at my little nephews and I’m surprised at how big they have grown. They’re all over the place! And of all the things that I am most happy for during this holiday season is to hear the children laugh. To watch them run with their red, sweaty faces, and laugh like there is no tomorrow.
Thank you everyone!
